This Jami Mosque will be seen in Bahaltali village of Piri Union under Kotalipara upazila of Gopalganj district. It is believed to be the oldest archaeological site of this district. Mosque built in Mughal architectural style There are nine domes in the mosque. Of these, three domes are bigger. The mosque is built on 4 pillars. Different sizes and different types of bricks have been used in the construction of mosque walls. Once the floor of the mosque was white stone. It's not there anymore. According to the history, this mosque was constructed in 1543-1544 by the descendants of Fateh Shah Mamud, one of the Aulias who came under the leadership of Hazrat Shahjalal Awali. The mosque was also known as Sikder Bari Mosque, because the descendants of Fateh Shah Mamud were receiving Sikder's title. A dighi named Chui Chamati Dighi is very close to the mosque. It is excavated during the construction of the mosque.
The place of this mosque is about 4 kilometers from Kotalipara sadar upazila.
